Announcement Detail Academy of Learning Company announces the decision of its Board of Directors dated December 3rd, 2024 of the formation of an Investment Committee to provide support to the Board of Directors through studying and recommending the investment activities of the Board. It will also play a major role in enhancing the efficiency of resource management to achieve sustainable growth goals and maximize shareholders’ equity.
The formation came as follow:

H.E. Mr. Khaled bin Mohammed Al-Ammar (Chairman of the committee)

H.E. Mr. Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Zamil (Committee member)

H.E. Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Juraish (Committee member)

The Committee’s term will begin on the date of its formation and end with the end of the Council’s term or with the issuance of a decision by the Council to end its term or merge it into any other committee.
