The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 259,999,999.99 distributed over 4,000,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 64.99999. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2024/03/31 trading session. This Bond Tranche has been locally rated by MERIS as (A-), at a fixed annual rate of 13.5% to be paid monthly.
