According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2024/03/28 by the periodical partial redemption (Installment no. 8) for the listed bonds of Tamweel Securitization The First Issue Tranche C January 2025. The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 13,470,000.00 distributed over 1,242,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 10.84541. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2024/03/31 trading session. This Bond Tranche has been locally rated by MERIS as (A+), at a fixed annual rate of 10.70% to be paid monthly.
