According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2024/03/28 by the periodical partial redemption (Installment no. 13) for the listed bonds of Tamweel Securitization The First Issue-First Program Tranche B December 2024. The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 145,599,999.99 distributed over 2,346,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 62.06308. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 2024/03/31 trading session. This Bond Tranche has been locally rated by MERIS as (AA), at a variable return rate according to the lending rate announced by the Central Bank + Margin 0.75% to be paid monthly.
