According to the letter received from the MCDR on 13/10/2021 by the periodical partial redemption (Installment no. 21 ) for the listed bonds of Tawreeq Securitization The First Issue Tranche B December 2021. The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 11,000,000 distributed over 1,019,000 bonds at a par value of EGP 10.7948969578. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 17/10/2021 trading session. This Bond Tranche has been locally rated by MERIS As AA, at a fixed annual rate of 17.54% to be paid monthly.
